Directions:
Place the natural gemstone holder around your home or work environment to help cleanse, de-stress, calm and clear your mind, body and soul.
Ritual:
- Light the incense stick and then carefully blow out the flame. This will leave the glowing embers to smoulder and release the fragrance.
- Start to relax and then focus on the relevant affirmation.
- Repeat it 10 times in your mind.
- Allow the incense to burn for a minimum of 10 minutes. The sticks can be carefully extinguished and then re-lit should you require.
