RITUAL

Light the incense stick and then carefully blow out the flame. This will leave the glowing embers to smoulder and release the fragrance. Start to relax and then focus on the relevant affirmation.Repeat it 10 times in your mind. Allow the incense to burn for a minimum of 10 minutes. The sticks can be carefully extinguished and then re-lit should you require.
