Smudge Bowl

Height: 10cm
Sage: Approx 4" per stick

Please be careful when handling this product as the tube is glass & the bowl is a ceramic dish.

RITUAL

Light the sage stick, and then extinguish the flame and allow the sage to smoulder. Lay the sage stick into the smudge bowl, and then hold the gemstones over the smoke using your left hand. 
Inhale deeply several times, while repeating the affirmation in your mind at least 10 times. 

Focus on the affirmation: ‘My space is cleansed, protected and free from negativity’. Place the gemstones around the room, while fanning the smoke around you and your environment for a minimum of five minutes.
