Ritual:

• Light the incense stick and then carefully blow out the flame. This will leave the glowing embers to smoulder and release fragrance. Start to relax then repeat the affirmation: ‘I am calm, relaxed and bringing positive thought into my dreams’ ten times in your mind. Burn the stick for a minimum of 10 minutes. The sticks can be carefully extinguished and then re-lit should you require.
